• Men in the age group of 30 to 50 (i.e. they have reached their 30th year of age and have not turned 51 on the date of submission of their proposal)

• Women in the age group of 30 to 55 (i.e. they have reached their 30th year of age and have not turned 56 on the date of submission of their proposal).

• Are unemployed or employed on the date of submission of their proposal.

• Have not been engaged in business activity for at least six (6) months prior to the date of submission of their proposal

• Category (A) (18-29 years): 70%

• Category (B) Men 30-50 years: 60%

• Category (C) Women 30-55 years: 60%
