THE SCOPE OF ANAGLYFO CONSULTING LTD IS THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES AND TRAINING PROGRAMMES.
The organisation monitors applicable legislation, introduces procedures, and makes improvements to ensure compliance wherever required. Management is characterised by flexibility and responsiveness to staff suggestions for improving the working environment. It is committed to staff safety and implements appropriate practices to support this commitment.
Through its Quality Management System, the organisation:
Continually reviews and improves the characteristics of its services, wherever possible, as well as the effectiveness of its processes and the Quality Management System as a whole.
Establishes measurable quality objectives at company, departmental and/or process level, as well as for its services. These objectives are established and their achievement evaluated as part of the company’s senior management review of the Quality Management System.
Provides the resources necessary for the smooth, efficient and effective operation of every department.
Invests in the ongoing training, development and education of its staff, ensuring that they remain informed and promote quality in all their activities.
Monitors, measures and evaluates relevant parameters and processes to ensure quality, safeguard the health and safety of employees and visitors, and protect the environment.
Ensures compliance with applicable legislation.
Ensures ongoing consultation with, and participation of, employees and their representatives in matters that affect them.
Adapts and improves its practices and procedures in response to workplace health and safety legislation.
Promotes environmental awareness among staff through information, training and active participation in environmental protection practices, such as reducing paper consumption and recycling.
